Shipping
All delivery times are indicative only. We will always do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Please expect made to order designs to take up to 4 weeks.
Shipping Address
We are not responsible for parcels not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items undelivered due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping addresses will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
Returns
From the date you receive your order, you have 3 days to reach out to our customer service team to initiate a return for an exchange or store credit. Once the return method is confirmed with our team the item must be returned within 7 days.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You take on the responsibility for tracking the shipment and for any loss or damage that may occur. International buyers must ensure that the customs declaration is accurately filled out for returns.
No returns on sale items. These are considered final sale.
Customs Fees
International purchases may incur customs charges, and the customer is responsible for these fees. Please note that if import duties are not paid, your order will be returned to us.
