Refund policy

From the date you receive your order, you have 3 days to reach out to our customer service team to initiate a return for an exchange or store credit. Once the return method is confirmed with our team the item must be returned within 7 days.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You take on the responsibility for tracking the shipment and for any loss or damage that may occur. International buyers must ensure that the customs declaration is accurately filled out for returns.

No returns on sale items. These are considered final sale.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
